Retention of Personal Data

Nexdot will use your Personal Data in accordance with your instructions and the requirements of applicable law, and only for as long as is necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which the Data was collected or subsequently processed, i.e. for a maximum period of one year.
In some cases, we may use overseas service providers to collect, use, analyze, and otherwise Process information on our behalf. We require our overseas service providers to Process information in a manner consistent with our policies and applicable law.
